    ABSTRACT

    Volatile substance abuse and toxic gas inhalation are an important health problems,. Inhalation of butane gas, also known as lighter fluid is common especially among children and adolescents for pleasure related reasons. The most important reasons for this are due to cheap and easy to find nature of the substance in addition to the lack of legal control. The clinical presentation may range from euphoria and confusion to seizures and coma. Life-threatening arrhythmias and death may occur due to cardiopulmonary collapse. In this report, 14 year old girl with butane gas inhalation was presented, who emulated to her friends.
