ABSTRACT

Benign paroxysmal torticollis is a nonepileptogenic disease which courses recurrent cervical dystonic episodes. It’s characterised by posture of the head, neck and shoulder tilts to one side. Vomiting, irritability, ataxia, apathy, drowsiness, pallor and in some cases torso tilt to one side that called tortipelvis accompanied during episodes. A two years and four months of age girl who had 10 recurrent episodes was started at 3.5 months is present for reminding to pediatricians this unfamiliar entity and looking over the differential diagnosis.
