ABSTRACT

Foreign body aspiration (FBA) one of the most causes of childhood mortality and morbidity. Children under three years and in male is most common. Clinical findings are dependent to age of the patient's, the size and type of of aspirated material and ıt’s location and length of stay on the airway. Sudden onset cough is the most common and that first emerged symptom. Standard treatment is remove to the foreign body by bronchoscopy. Here, twenty-eight months of presenting with recurrent pulmonary infection, foreign body aspiration was presented.
